ABOUT ME:
I started studying Holistic Nutrition, after a long battle with chronic pain from injuries sustained during an automobile accident over 8 years ago. After trying EVERYTHING, to help with the pain, stiffness and other disabling symptoms that I endured daily, I woke up one day and could barely get myself out of bed. That was THE day I decided I needed to make a MAJOR change in my life. Within a week, I was studying to become a holistic nutritionist.
Nutrition has turned my life around! I now get out of bed every morning, excited to face the day and the possibility of helping someone else, who like me, maybe just needs some support, a little knowledge and a nudge in the right direction. Maybe that person is you?

I graduated from The Alive Academy of Natural Health, with a diploma in Applied Nutrition and the designation of Certified Holistic Nutritionist.

I am a member of the Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP), earning the additional designation of Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP). The CANNP holds their members to a high standard, requiring a minimum of 30 educational upgrading hours annually.

I am also a proud member of The Peterborough Chamber of Commerce.
